Mobile Monday Ottawa has landed! June 20th, 2011

FINALLY! Ottawa has its own Mobile Monday Chapter

The first ever Mobile Monday Ottawa event is happening this June 20th and will happen every 3rd Monday of every month going forward.

The first event will take a look at the state of Mobile in Ottawa and features a good mix small entrepreneurial companies and some large established players but all veterans of this great industry.

The State of Mobile in Ottawa

Technology is back in Ottawa and has shifted from the large screen to the one we carry in our pockets but what is really going on here? Are people making money? Is this just a passing technology faze or is the mantra “mobile first” real? What is the impact of this industry going to be on our economy?

These questions and a whole lot more will be answered as we FINALLY kick off Mobile Monday Ottawa with this great panel:

Paul Dumais of Smarter Apps
Patrick Carriere of MXI
Michael Iles, IBM Business Analytics (formerly Cognos)

Moderated by Rob Woodbridge, Mobile Consultant & UNTETHER.tv founder

Hope to see you there!
